How do you use Bunka Coffee?
For the perfect cup of Bunka Coffee, start with one tablespoon or 20mL of Bunka coffee liquid and 150ml of water or milk - this is the standard strength for cafes in Australia. If you want it stronger or weaker, just adjust accordingly. If you love lattes, mix Bunka with your choice of regular milk, oat, almond, or soy milk - no need to add water! You'll get a creamy, full-bodied coffee. And if you prefer your coffee black, just mix Bunka with hot or cold water or ice - it's that simple!

Our Latte & Black blends are made with premium quality beans graded as specialty coffee. Our veteran barista collaborates with leading specialty coffee roasteries carefully which have been selected to ensure the best quality possible. Our barista is dedicated to chasing the perfect flavour, sweetness, and quality in every cup.
What is the spotted brown foam floating on the surface of the coffee concentrate?
Shake well before pouring. You might see a layer of foam floating, which is called crema. It occurs naturally in quality espresso.
Can I drink Bunka Coffee shots straight?
Yes, you can drink Bunka Coffee shots straight if you enjoy espresso-style coffee. However, if you're not used to the strong flavor of espresso, it might be too intense for you. Keep in mind that a 20mL Bunka Coffee shot is equivalent to one shot of espresso, while a 40mL Bunka Coffee Shots is equivalent to two shots when ordering at a cafe.
How should you store Bunka Coffee to keep it fresh?
We recommend refrigerating it after opening. Also, make sure to consume it within approximately 2 weeks after receiving your order. To confirm its freshness, you can check the "best before" date on the back of the bottle.
